This is somewhat of a classic trick, but I decided to re-make it with QuakeLive’s nice rendition of the older map q3dm17. The nade is added out of necessity to boost my ups, though it has a side effect of adding difficulty to the trick, give it a try (:

Probably one of the most attempted rocket jumps in the history of Quake. This trick was originally developed and mastered by sit back in 2000. I remember when sit was telling the story about how he came up with this trick in the shower. The trick itself is not extremely complicated, it takes more timing and a little finesse then anything else. This particular trick is not one of my favorites but its definitely an attention getter.
