Alter Ledger

In Tally Prime, "Alter Ledger" refers to the process of modifying the details or settings of an existing ledger account. This feature allows users to update various attributes of a ledger, such as the ledger name, group, opening balance, and other relevant details. Altering a ledger is useful for correcting errors, updating information, or making adjustments to reflect current business needs.

Create alter ledger in tally ERP 9

Go to the Gateway of tally->Alter->Ledger->Select ledger from the list of ledger-> Alter Ledger->Accept.
