Arc Length Command in AutoCAD

The arc length command in AutoCAD is used to measure the length of an arc or a portion of a circle. This command is helpful when you need to determine the distance along a curved path, such as for creating roadways, tracks, or any circular geometry.

To use the arc length command:

  1. Type ARC in the command line and select the arc whose length you want to measure.
  2. Alternatively, you can type LIST and select the arc to display its properties, including its length.

After using the arc length command, AutoCAD will display the length of the selected arc in the command line or properties palette.
