Center Mark Command in AutoCAD

The center mark command in AutoCAD is used to place a mark at the center of a circle or an arc. This is commonly used in technical drawings to clearly indicate the center point of circular geometry, such as holes, circles, or arcs.

To use the center mark command:

  1. Type CENTERMARK in the command line or select the "Center Mark" tool from the dimensioning toolbar.
  2. Click on the circle or arc where you want to place the center mark.
  3. The center mark will be placed at the center of the selected circle or arc.

The center mark command is helpful for ensuring that the center of circular objects is clearly visible and easily referenced in your drawing.
